Why we built Callwave
Callwave started from an everyday problem: teams in small and mid-sized businesses are on site, in meetings or with customers — while the phone keeps ringing. Missed calls mean lost jobs, unhappy patients and stressed staff.
Existing options were either too technical, too expensive or sounded like robots from the 2000s. We wanted something different: an AI reception that sets up in minutes, sounds human and adapts to real business workflows.
Today Callwave supports hundreds of companies in trades, healthcare, legal and services — from the first greeting to appointment booking, around the clock.
